My piece arrived broken, what do I do?
So sorry this happened! I try my best to pack safely however how carriers handle them on route is out of my control. Please save all packaging materials including the box for claim filing purposes. Email me as soon as possible for further instructions on photos to take for claim. If carrier does not assist with damages, we can discuss possible replacements or refunds.
When are you restocking?
There are no routine restock dates at this time. Follow me on IG to get the latest updates!
Can I order a custom?
Please email me with your request and we can discuss the possibilities. Customs orders starting June 2026 will require an initial 50% down payment, with completion of the other 50% payment once custom item is ready to ship. I cannot wait to hear about your ideas and make them come to life!
